In addition, you all can choose from a variety of movement, wellness and healing activities, and excursions in nature. We will plan everything, so you and your friends can focus on what matters most: all of you!

Yoga
Gentle Yoga
There is a focus on calming the mind and relaxing the body throughout the practice. The positions are less intense, and there is extended time for stretching, breath work, and improving range of motion.
Yoga Pilates Fusion
This fusion includes all of the best elements of yoga and Pilates. The practice improves strength, particularly in the core, while focusing on mindfulness, balance, and flexibility.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
The pace of this flow class is a bit faster than a hatha or gentle yoga class. We use our breath to guide movement, and our bodies build heat as we flow from one posture to another.
Sunrise Yoga
This class is designed to wake the body up gradually. Just as the sun begins to rise past the horizon, the body will awaken with movement and breath.
Beach Yoga
This class is designed to relieve stress through movement in a serene environment. It takes the goal of improving mindfulness and relaxation to a new level.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga postures with a silk hammock. The silk takes pressure off joints, while increasing flexibility and balance. People may also practice inversions and other postures.
Fitness
HIIT Bootcamp
Fast-moving, high intensity interval training jump-starts the metabolism and allows us to reap the benefits hours after the workout. This workout challenges people with timed cardio circuits and periods of rest.
Cardio Kickboxing
This heart-pumping workout will tire your muscles and burn calories. This workout will improve your mental and physical health, while having tons of fun.
Chair Barre
This is a low-impact, total body workout that uses body weight to burn calories while sculpting and toning strong, lean muscles. It combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to improve strength, balance, posture, and flexibility.
Pilates
Pilates focuses on small, dynamic movements that lengthen and strengthen the body. This class utilizes very light weights or our own body weight to improve core stability, muscle tone, as well as metabolism.
Body Sculpting
In this class, we focus on defining our muscles from head to toe. We use weights, bands, steps, and other props, as well as our body weight to strengthen muscles. This can be designed as a total body workout or a workout concentrating on a few muscle groups of your choice.
Acupuncture is a safe and effective way to treat a wide range of physical and mental health issues. It helps to balance the body’s pathway and helps address root causes of health concerns.

Cover more ground, and get a different perspective on the beautiful sights in the area. E-bikes are available, upon request.
